Ways to Pay USAA Bills
USAA offers members in the military community simple and flexible ways to pay their bills. Members can choose to pay bills using any of the following methods.
Pay Bills with USAA Web BillPay®
Web Bill Pay is a free service that allows USAA members to make payments conveniently from their computers or mobile device. Simply go to usaa.com logon to make a one-time payment.
Members can add either their current accounts or savings account from their respective banks and use them to pay USAA bills.
Pay via USAA Mobile
As a USAA member, you can conveniently pay your bills on the go using your mobile device. Simply download the USAA mobile app that’s compatible with your device, install it on your mobile phone, and start using it. USAA has different versions for iPad, iPhone, Android devices, and Windows phone.
Alternatively, you can get instant information about your accounts and pay USAA bills by texting the word “mobile” to MyUSAA (698722) and you will receive a link to usaa.com mobile link.
Set Up Automatic Payments
If you want to avoid missing payments or paying late payment fees, you can choose to pay your USAA bills with automatic payments. To setup autopay, simply go to usaa.com logon to access your account, and click “Pay Bills” on MyAccount Tools menu. Next, select the payee you want to pay and then choose “ “Set Up Automatic Payments.” Enter the required information and save it to start paying your bills.
As a USAA member, you also have the option to send an official check, much like a money order or cashier’s check, so as to pay your bills. You can send one to USAA, which will be debited to your account automatically. A $5 fee applies for official check. Use the mailing address below.

Viewing Payment Details
As a USAA member, you can easily view the details of pending and completed bill payments from your online account. Here is how you can view payment details.
- Simply go to usaa.com logon and then login with your credentials.
- Select “View Payment Activity” from the My Account Tools menu.
- Select the date range from the search function.
- Select “Go” to see your results.
- To view details of a particular transaction, select “View Payment Detail”
Besides that, you can also narrow your search results by date, account, payee or status, and print your payment history.
